My Buzz XRS 4500 is stuck on the recovery page since it took the last update.
The problem first started with some freezing (this could have been caused by my provider) a few minutes after the update. So I rebooted the box. The large Buzz logo came on then the recovery page. I tried resetting the box from the recovery page:
- Wipe data/factory reset
- Yes
- Reboot system now
After rebooting, it went back to the recovery screen.
From the recovery screen I did a hard reset, the large Buzz logo came on and again it went back to the recovery screen.
I repeated the hard reset procedure several times but got the same result. The box would not budge from the recovery screen.
Any advice?
