Firmware upgrade from Buzz 5 to 6 ?

Question : As the title states , will there be an upgrade available to X5 in the near future , Or does the Newest buzz box compatible only with Buzz 6

At this point in time, only the Powerstation P6 runs BuzzTV 6.

There has been no announcement or promises of BuzzTV 6 retrofit for older devices. So I would not hold my breath on that. At least not in the very near future.

IF there is an X5 that would be upgraded, I assume it would be the new X5 SuperSport, since it also already has Android 13. But even that, it has been marketed and sold as a BuzzTV 5 box, and no promises of BuzzTV 6.

Thanks for the update , I figured the P6 would be specially designed for the power station It looks to be a very nice Toy.

The x5 ss will be getting buzz 6. Probably won't happen till the bugs are mostly fixed
There might be a trade-in program for the x5 but that's just talk at this time
