    Well , i fixed it . Remember i have a few of these and some of them are working fine , so i didn't think it was server related . It was my router , that sucker was five years old . All is good now .

    just happened exactly as OP with two of our HD5 units. after 4th reboot they started to load. our frind did not reboot network but that what I told him to do but he did not. he was keep rebooting the box and finally it kicked in. I told him to reboot network next time if happens again.
