Help with v30 jynxbox

I received my jynxbox v30 I scanned satellite 82 now I get volume on channels but black screen I been reading lots but can someone point me in right direction I was told I need a code in order for it to work

You need to reach out (PM) One of the IKS providers Like Sat9182 or maird57 for service etc.
