okay i cleared cash stopped background apps, reset rotour with and without nordvpn, all channels i've tried either freeze or on a continuing loop

CA:Al Jazeera is currently broadcasting the Arabic version of Al Jazeera in the Canadian category which is normally English.

Did find a backup at the UK category broadcasting English .

I just tested the first 6 VOD movies on my list and they seem to have started to play the movie in under 7 seconds.
Seems faster than normal. Less load or was something done at the backend? Hmmm
As for tv series , nothing started up for the past few hours. There down altogether.

I noticed that both sportsnet one channels back to normal and working perfect again.
