JUNXBOX Premium HD Switch

Hi folks
Anybody knowing what kind of switch has to be used with Junxbox Premium HD?
When I connect it to my dish with my switch(It's 8x1DiSEqC don't know what brand)works fine.
When I take it to friends of mine on their dishes comes only with voice but no picture.
Only CNN channel comes with picture.

What switch is your friend using? Is your server connection OK? The Junxbox can be bad at getting a server connection. Tried directly connecting the JB to just one dish?

When I connect this Junxbox to me dish I get everything, voice and picture.
When I connect it to my buddy's dish we get only voice but no picture.
I tried on two different dishes, the same problem.
Connection with server is fine on every network, no issues.
I can't get logical explanation on that.

Need more info on how it's connected to your Bud's dish and what equipment he is using (type of LNB's, switches, etc.)

You may have to adjust settings on the Junxbox to match your Bud's dish setup, which is most likely
different than your setup ?

Everything is the same with settings.
Forgot to mention that we open FEW CHANNELS on my buddy's dish...CNN and another ones the means that dish setup is fine, otherwise how we gonna open CNN????
But only CNN and other channel Raptor TV get picture....the other channels get only voice no picture.
At home on my dish everything works fine.

Has your Bud done all the TP Updates/Changes to the Receiver ?
His setup (dish, network, equipment) has to be somewhat different than yours
some how, because if it was exactly the SAME it should work the same. ?

you need to change switch/lnb settings when you take it your buddy's place
