Use the WPS button on your router to let the box connect

Can you reset your modem password with a new one?

If you are trying to reset the Password on your Router/Modem there should be a Reset button/pin on it
that you hold in for about 30seconds to set the Router/Modem back to Default or square-one
Then you would use the info that is displayed on the bottom/back of Router/Modem to gain/Log-in to it (default name & password)
Once logged in you can set whatever password you want etc.
