“Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut.”
Did it ,, done it,,,,, and paid the price for it ...
Used to travel Montreal Toronto on the401 ,, in less than 3 hours
Going mostly 200 sometimes 220 ,, once in a while 240
The day I hit 260Kms (for about 10 seconds or less)
As I let go , I passed a hiding cop at 220
They caught me ,, took me in ,,, took my car,, f**ked me up the YKW !!
It still hurts
But what a rush !!
I reached 233 Kms a few times and that's a rush
If we're starting on THIS side of that bump in the road, a Kawasaki H2R would be the weapon of choice. If we start on the otherside, I would like a Bugatti Veyron to wreck.lol.

Sucker for old classics. Easy on the eyes and the sound of pure pleasure.
1967 Vette, with 427/400hp Tri-power
Sit back and enjoy
Oh I know. And there are many cars that can go a lot faster. But for me, it is the pure joy of driving some of those old cars.
The hellcat is fast, and obviously the power is crazy, but having been in one (last year actually - was passenger, not driver), the power was impressive, but not sure I'd "enjoy" the drive for more than the initial few minutes. If power was the only thing, then something like the Bugatti Tourbillon would be interesting![]()
I edited it. Hwy 406. I get it wrong all the time
