OK3 Taking like 15-20 seconds to change channels

I help an old person in getting IPTV.I called him to tell him that his renewal is comming.He told me that he doesn't know if he wants to Renew because its taking like 15-20 seconds to change channels on OK3.He had told me that before but i had kinda brushed it off.Tomorow i will go to his place to try figure out what might be the problem.Possibly this came with the new URL'S several Months ago.What should I check to try and resolve the issue.I guess its not something normal for OK3.I am using a different server so I don't know.

Ok,I went to check yesterday but his Sub with OK3 had just expired.Wrote to the reseller but apparently he doesn't sell OK3 anymore.Anyhow,I connected him to my Sub and everything was working well with fast channel changing..I know that for my Sub ,I need a VPN for my ISP, Yesterday he seemed to not need one with his ISP which is of a different company.Time will tell.
