My friend is using Prima v2, he called me to say he accidently deleted Grit from his favorites. He can't find it anywhere so does anyone know what channel #number this would be? Thanks mycroft.

And is he SURE he accidently deleted it ? Or he "assumes" he accidently deleted it because it is not there ?
Is it possible it was a channel dropped by the service, and since it dropped from the channel list, it was consequently dropped from favorites category ?

On my PrimaV2 it is 753 But it is just black screen

Did you do a refresh, to ensure it was not dropped from the channel lineup and you are not using cached channel entry ? Just curious. Had that recently with some customers and the US-720 category channels on wicked. Some still had it on their list, but obviously stream was black since the channels were removed. Refresh and "poof" all gone

The US-720 I mentioned was just as an example, since it is one I had in my head from wicked recently removing that category and I got a few calls since many saw them as black streams since they were trying to stream the old feed (cached)
Quite possible they are moving streams around on PrimaV2 also.

Thanks to all that replied. Actually he remembered the approximate number then one by one went thru up and down the list finally found it at #753. This is a great group here.
