Is anyone else down right now? I’m getting reports of people can’t get channels (ESPN 1080 for example) tried different vpn cities, I can’t even hit the panel for myself.

I got a few reports of people with a lot of buffering.

VPN to Japan server seems to solve the issue Maybe another larger routing issue again.

Just checked, no VPN, and all you list are working fine here (on my old BuzzTV E2).

Clients can’t login to wicked with VPN running. Had this issue in the past. Clear cache, force stop and restart usually has fixed the issue. But for some clients they just keep getting the relogin screen. Any ideas?

Try turning off the VPN, then try logging in to Wicked.
If that works, then turn on the VPN if required.

What app are they using ?

I noticed this recently with the branded smarters apk for wicked. With VPN on, on some servers it could not connect and kept giving an error. If I switch and use the branded XCIPTV or BuzzTV app, there is no issue, even with VPN on or off. Strange.

It is the wicked branded smarters. Didn’t know there was an XCIPTV version. I’ll talk to the people having an issue tomorrow and maybe switch them over. Thanks

That is odd. I just pulled out a spare iPhone Xr with iOS 18, installed Smarter Player Lite (the one from WHMCS SMARTERS) from the apple store and I just set it up and it works perfectly fine (at least for LiveTV that I tested).

Are you sure you have the right version installed ? There are so many smarters knock offs nowadays that you never know.

I have not tried these since the only apple device in my home is that spare iPhone Xr I used above.  But a friend who uses it on his iPad had recommended the following on apple devices:
