Downloader to a usb stick

I have desktop pc and I am trying to load downloader to it so I can load it to a usb stick and load it to a iptv box that I have. I am having a problem loading to to my pc maybe
someone can guide me in the right direction. Every time I go to download it it shows a older andriod box that I loaded years ago and its asking me if I want to load it to that. When I
go to change it wont let me change it to load it to my desktop pc. Any thought on why I cant seem to load it to my pc?
