Went out while on ESPN+. Went to another channel. Still out. Restarted thru settings. Connects and loads all 3 sections but no cigar. Are we down?

In general most channel I tried are perfectly fine. And just turned on my other box and it connected right away. Even tried APK on my phone and it connected right away, and went through some channels in premium sports category and they were fine.

ESPN+ is a category with a bunch of channels (EVENT xxx) in there. Some channels work fine, others don't, but that could be that certain events are not streaming. Many duplicate events listed in EPG.

But the way his last message sounded, it sounded like he was watching an ESPN+ channel, but everything went dead (which is not the case).

Good evening, I seem to be experiencing a number of channels with the message unknown stream error, flipping it to backup player and all ok. Channels tested for this condition were ca:hbo1 , ca:crave 1, CA bravo and ca:cartoon network to name a few. the box is a buzz e5. Not sure if the player inside the box is wonky or service issue. Alot do work on primary player as expected. Thanks

that's a buzztv issue
and it's solved since they provide 2 players

Can you reset/look at CA: City TV Montreal when you get a sec. Seem to be occasionally giving stream not available "animation" and when it does stream it freezes shortly after.

Yes. Correct. Was a box issue. Switched box and resolved that issue. It may have been a heat issue as my cooling pad fan had broke. Just reconnected box with a cooling pad and is working. Hope that was it as I love my Classic. But this is a wicked thread.
