where to find jynxbox loader?

i loaded the wrong firmware on my jynxbox and showing er01 on boot.

i might have selected to upload to 'all flash' rather then to 'firmware'

I have a serial cable, but cant find the 'loader' app everyone refers to, or any instructions how people have done it in the past.

Does anyone happen to know the process of how to achieve a recovery/ re-upload firmware by serial? I tried searching these forums and google but no luck. or im just searching the wrong keywords.

Does anyone know how to use the loader.

I have a corrupt Junxbox P2 (jynxbox) that is booting with ER01. I believe it is a corrupt firmware. I do not have the BIN to upload to the device. But i do have another brand new Junxbox p2 that i would like to create a backup with a DB9 serial cable and then write it to the corrupt device. I tried searching here and all over the internet but not able to find any information. Maybe i am searching the wrong terms?

Either way i have the serial db9 installed and configured the HD loader app for the correct COM port. I left it on the default speed of 115200 baud. But i have not been able to figure out how to backup the good box.

Has anyone ever done a backup/recovery with a Jynxbox and able to share some insight?
