Anyone else having a problem getting a VPN running on A1 6
VPN working fine here with Windscribe on the L1.
FYI, the latest update which was released last week also fixes some of the UI issues. So now it works quite well.
PS: Keep in mind that on some providers (like Windscribe), when you create an OPENVPN config file, it also generates a new username/password for you (often a button on the page to reveal it). Username/password is not always the same as the username/password you would use to log into the windows/android client.
example:
Each provider will be slightly different.
Have not been able to get mine loaded and running
DODGE the father
RAM the daughter
“Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut.”
All like DU said.
BTW: I did have an issue with a few USB sticks. When you go to select the config file from the dropdown, it should bring up the USB stick so you can select it before seeing the files. I use a pile of different sticks and I did have 2 of my dozen or so sticks that were not recognized. I did not check to see the reason it was not (filesystem type, etc..). So if you do not see your USB stick device, try a different usb stick.
