well folks, i played with the same country band for 30+ years. i sold my steelguitars but still have a '52 telecaster(i've had since new, daddy paid $275 for it), a 1957 gibon byrdland, several old martins, and a 31 year old greven flat top. been retire from music for about 5 years and i'll tell ya, all the years on the road take a toll on ya. i don't really miss it

So most guitar players always want to learn this song when they are starting out.Learn it and then go into a music store sit down and start playing this watch how mad the guitar staff get it is too funny.

too easy. i'm just kiddin' 'round. i play chet atkins/merle travis type stuff (and was fortunate enough to know both). sad thing is that i have arthritis in my hands and can't play anymore, at least not well enough to keep me happy.
but i'll see if ican chart out a tune or two. thanks
