I guess you don't know how settlements work, Why not find out the facts before you make it seem people are rats. I have no clue who ritchie is or do I care. But every settlement ever has been the same no touching piracy but they cannot ban you from real fta selling or talking about it. So if he is doing plain fta now that would not go against his settlement. Just like many others that went into selling fta after being sued and it was perfectly legal. Modchip it, nexus and arizia all sold legit fta after they were sued and after settlements and it was legal. So please get the facts before you put a rat beside their name, as a rat is the worst kind of person out there.

I suggest before you ride someone as you just did you read a bit closer. He stated that he was selling viewsats with the weather forcaster. Now why would you need the weather forecaster for FTA? Exactly... you don't. The weather forcaster is a piracy tool and combined with a FTA unit as a package makes it illegal. Simple as that.

It's not simple as that , as long as he doesn't say it gets piracy or in any form shows any intent, it is not simple as that. But if the idiot sold them weather apps and said you can get free channels if you do this or go here then yes he is an idiot. And that would be a breach of his deal or settlement. But all settlements allow you to sell products still as long as they are not altered or marketed as piracy devices. Go look at them, 1 was posted a few years ago and all of them are the same.
Ok Sued by Echostar/Dish closed site down, disappeared from forums as per the agreement I'm sure (no fta sites dealing with piracy) so lets go ahead and start sell months after he is sued FTA boxes with Dongles to bypass and illegally get Echo/Dish content. Illegal period. Maybe Richie misses it, he did love to flaunt his "knowledge" all over and in video form. Selling a dongle used to bypass encryptions is illegal under the DMCA period. No one in their right mind would start up again after being hit with a "Yellow Pages size envelope" (paraphrased that but he said it was as thick as a phone book).
