There was never a file for the receiver to communicate through the serial port. Unless the sorce code is released or someone writes a file it wont happen.. Chances of a com file are next to nothing.

So if he is doing plain fta now that would not go against his settlement. Just like many others that went into selling fta after being sued and it was perfectly legal. Modchip it, nexus and arizia all sold legit fta after they were sued and after settlements and it was legal. So please get the facts before you put a rat beside their name, as a rat is the worst kind of person out there.
On December 1, 2011, Judge Kenneth Ryskamp entered final judgment and a permanent injunction against Defendant Richard (RichieMiami) Schwartz and his websites freefta.tv and ilinkforum.com <http://ilinkforum.com/> . Schwartz and his sites were sued by DISH Network <http://www.dishnetwork.com/> and NagraStar in February of this year for claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Federal Communications Act and Federal Wiretap Act based on their distribution of software files designed to facilitate the unauthorized interception of DISH Network programming. The consent judgment included findings that Defendants acknowledge the software files distributed on the websites were primarily designed to facilitate unauthorized access and included judgment in favor of DISH Network and NagraStar on each of their claims. The judgment permanently enjoins Schwartz from further conduct, including the future operation of any similar websites and ruled that any such future violations would result in $110,000 in statutory damages per act. NagraStar and DISH Network continue to investigate and take action against individuals and entities responsible for trying to circumvent the companies security system in order to gain unauthorized access to DISH Network programming.

But hey, I guess 8milerd and myself just don't understand how judgements and or civil law works, lol...

He got off easy, much easier than all the others in most cases we read about or know about; yet still flaunts and disobeys court order by selling boxes. Hmm, my radar went off some at first site then and even more now.

He pays nothing as far as monetary damages with just a promise signed no doubt also agreed upon between him, his counsel and judge/pa. If someone can find the details openly and legally about this absolute plea bargain please post.

I know as fact as do a few of my colleagues "not engage in further conduct" is so vague and so non descriptive that it can have vastly different meaning from one person to the next.

Is his\ being here posting innocently enough about some brute technique to circumvent nag encryption "further conduct" even if it is a "ya they are and here is why" what about his even logging on at all? Or is it further conduct to sell dongles with only 1 reason and that reason is nagara3 iks workarounds.

What strikes me as oddest is that more than anything it is so vaguely wrote in just that single sentence to perfectly allow for cover. And to be in a legal position to maybe "snitch", but a better word is 'inform' and pass on intelligence on new trends, new sites, new players, etc..

The ruling left it so vague that it is informant 101 handbook and reference guide for all 3. Him, Judge and PA to say, nope that post is not in our interpretation "further conduct". This egging on and hyped IKS dongle spoke of and in course of this hype leading"may pursue further conduct" on many to buy from our dummy site is not in our interpretation "further conduct".

Lastly, no hitting a hard blow to his bank account.............. "Guess his being sued by echo wasnt close to "Engaging in further conduct"

2+2=5 in this game.. Read and learn the laws of that in which you may or may not

Where was the posters innuendo and speculation?
Sounds like a pretty accurate statement to me and there is no names mentioned. I fail to see any jab whatsoever?

Default new ilink 9600 a dishnet scam trap

Dishnet has figgured out that they and nagra can make big money from fta pirates and that nothing will stop the majority of fta freetvers so now that they used richimiami as a rat released bins for ilink and tracked ipaddresses made millions from settlements with freetvers aka end users

Now dishnet has released the ilink 9600 reolacement for 9500, HD box
Dealers like vancouverfta are selling it .

What's the deal are these dealers pawns? I mean there is no longer any leadership of any kind
Can gs2 tell us if there are any end user lawsuites in canada, already thousands been nailed inusa

Feel free to post this as seperate thread ifyou guys feel it should be
