Confirm your date and time are correct for your zone.
Confirm "Epg in standby" is enabled in the menu.
Tune to channel 239 for about 10-15 minutes and see if it populates.
If still nothing, turn the box off with the remote when you go to bed.It doesn't matter what channel your on.
Wake to a full EPG.
If still nothing, you may have a transponder file issue.
