Exclamation Latest Tvheadend Development Ver 3.2

    Greetings and Salutations Members,

Two builds have been made for the combo Xbmc + Tvheadend

First of all Thanks to Xbmc for finally making their software withnative Pvr/Live Tv features. The forerunners for this mainstream Xbmc is Margro and Lars Odenkamp. It has been a road that has been bumpy and has proved to have challenges that finally have been overcome. The best part is it is all open source code for you to modify and use as you see fit.

Second, Tvheadend Development itself. There has been alot of people contributing to this software and it has shown. Andromada started it and Now a bunch of coders has taken the reigns and is developing it at a feverish
pitch. We are now at Ver 3.2 the new version has had a complete dvbmux rewrite as well as the epg. Thanks
to Adam Sutton. The stock build on tvheadend does not include a new s-type variable for getting certain providers. These two builds. do they will come up as DN-SDTV now. The new Variable is ST_DK_SDTV. The Sid to channel now fixes the channel numbers and the Now offers Bandstacked Lnbs. Alot of this stuff has been modded
by Genpix Cub Uncle Joe a host of people and not just myself. The Builds cover Arch i386 and Amd64 they will
run on most all linux dists. If you feel froggy download them and install. If you have already installed tvheadend
don't worry about your settings you will not lose them...

    Do the following

    sudo apt-get remove tvheadend

Then unzip with linux zip program and you will see the deb package files open up your file browser click on it and
open with ubuntu software center or Deb package manager one or the other and install all your settings are
saved under the account hts in the directory .hts/tvheadend that does not get removed with the removal
process and once you install ver 3.2 you will see all the new features.
