They should not be, Your codes should be good they are good for a year unless you bought them from a reseller. And I don't know if you know but when they get their codes the come activated. So he might have had them for a while before you bought them you can check them here on this website read site rules And also rocket is up and well no scrambling and all of the ppv channels are open

You should not use a different port that was aloted to you.. I believe the URL is now iksr.co

i put my ip as iksr.co and port 35933 did a reboot and still nothing

Sometimes rebooting the receiver is necesary when changing PS info.. If it still doesnt connect I suggest you open a thread in the receiver section your using or the general Rocket discusion area.. This thread is only to report if the server is up or down, not to debug issues..
