I am in the same situation. I have a 14 digit code from nokia also..I thought i read that we should get an e-mail telling us what our new 12 digit code is but if nokia is out of the picture I doubt if we will get one.this post is kind of old you might have already solved your issue, if you have I would appreciate any info ....thanks

My advice is bite the bullet and get a new code.

I also bought mine from NOKIA about 1 month ago they are 14 digit codes.I changed my IP like they instructed and mine are working good

I have a satzen and where you put the password under ID # it wont let me add anymore then 2 digits no matter what I put in thought it was my remote but its not then it goes back to saying default same with Des key does anyone know how to correct that? thank you

Did you just put in ikspstv.com ?
You will have to look up your port and put a number in front ie: X.ikspstv.com
