If your in Canada you should be fine with Paypal... I'm one of them that should of gotten a letter from D*ck net..
but never did... They probably had all my info... not much they could do if I'm in Canuck land..
Ya I live there...and I'm thinking about a renewal. Maybe stuffing the brown bag and meeting behind Wallymart makes some sense after all. Maybe stuffing an envelope with xxxx bucks or so, slapping a stamp on it and mailing it. Might be worth the chance,. All the seller has to do is post his mailing address...or not...

Hi,
I use WU without any ID, I create a bogus email account via hot mail or gmail from an internet cafe, I then retreive my donation info logging into my bogus email address from the same cafe.
That is extremely safe!!!
GreenDot Moneypak is the very best way period !!!!!
Which services use GreenDot? Still loooking ...
bear in mind, to load moneypak on to Paypal, you have to provide personal info including SS# which paypal will verify. If someone will take moneypak number bypassing PayPal, you should be in good shape
what about the pre pay visa cards....are does accepted by iks providers....hard to trace sense theirs no info about u on the card.
How bout if I put XX$ on a Money Pak. Send the seller the Money Pak number and tell him it has XX$ on it. He then adds that throwaway Money Pak card to his PayPal and transfers XX$ to his already setup PayPal. When he see's XX$ is in his Pay Pal account, he can deliver the product that you have negotiated. Sound correct?
Greenport Money pak is great option for a user who is looking to find a secured and anonymous way of payment for their donation codes in the USA.
I am sad to informe you that Pay pal is cracking down on seller or anybody who take payments from Green Dot MoneyPaks. So this method of payment will soon not be an option for seller. Check this announcement form Pay Pal below.
PayPal we regularly screen activity in our system. A recent review of activity on your PayPal Account indicates that you may have been informally accepting Green Dot MoneyPaks as a form of payment. The Green Dot MoneyPak was designed for the purpose of depositing cash in to your PayPal account for retail purchases, not informal payment acceptance. We ask that you discontinue using the Green Dot MoneyPak in this way. Continued use of the MoneyPak in this manner will lead to limitations on or closure of your PayPal Account.
