How many digits does your donation number have if it's 12 then your ok 14 or more than that. then you have to get new donation numbers. and remember that your username and your password are your donation numbers and you have to use the same donation numbers for your username and password. good luck

Neighbours up on 14 & 12 digit codes ....... Both 12 and 14 digit codes WORK, (new codes are now 12 digit) check your codes on the Rocket code checker to make sure your code wasn't switched off, there's a link in the stickys., if code is active then something in your set up, if inactive you'll probably have to buy new code.
