from what I can understand Canadians can not buy a moneypack, or at least I cant find a way/place to get one in Canada,

it sucks since the donation I want to make only accepts moneypak,

Not sure if that as been told aready but it is easy to open a paypal account with a vanilla MC card....YOu can be 100% anonymous if you are wise(Make sure to log in via VPN).

Heres one i have seen for a while and been checking it out....there will be fees on top of normal donations from peeps receiving donations as transfers are different but completely anonymous .....takes longer though but worth it i believe. Heres some links for peeps to do there homework and check it out.....

They always have requested id. At least for the last 20 yrs I know of.
It is so they can make sure funds are going to intended person to track it.

If you pay cash for a prepaid visa gift card, register the card under fictious name, use this card for funding on PP after you set
up a fictious e-mail and fictious PP account the only thing that can be tracked is IP address. No bank info or soc # needed!

It is even worse than that. Don't you think Charlie monitors forums like this. Capturing the IP's from the sender is easy. Monitoring the IP's of servers associated with this experimental hobby is also easy and the server IP's as well as ports are readily available on many forums. Capturing the IP's of the requester to the server is easy. Who the the ISP is information open to the public. This tells them approximately where you are. Proof that you are in regular and mostly in constant contact as the requester to the server is enough for your ISP to release your information. There is no other reason to be in regular and mostly constant contact with the server port that does not serve web pages other than to receive encryption codes. Capturing the packets you receive also is proof of your activity. I do not see any guaranteed safe way to study this experimental hobby so how you pay is not the threat for single users that I would be so single minded about. Sending cash will not make you invisible. Prepaid cards, fake names, nothing you can do will change this short of paying for a service that masks you IP. In closing if you want to be safe you would need to obtain an untraceable E-mail address and a few services for this do exist and then send cash to the provider providing them with that E-mail address. You could only communicate with your E-mail via a service that masks your IP as well as use this service for your box. This would make you as invisible as possible but even all this would not totally protect you if Charlie was willing to put enough resources on you; rest assured for you that do this that the return compared to the cost to catch you makes it not worthwhile doing from Charlies perspective. You are safe.

Greendot Moneypak so far, is the safest and the easyist to use. Walk into the store and you could leave your wallet and ID in the car pay in $20 increment the amount you want to put on the card and it will cost you $4.95 for doing it. So say you want to put $40 on the card. If you walk into Walmart for example with your cash it will cost you $44.95 Quite a number of resellers are offering this now and have been if you ask. No need for the customer to hold a risky PayPal account.

PP gave up transaction history for nexiks, newgen, Razor etc etc. All the need is a subpoena, which US courts give quite frequently. Please dont mislead your US Clientele. Gracious.

if u analyze it all, is it really worth having this....have of the time your down or freezing...MY PPVs been down 2 days now....u pay for a service that does not work half the time....and u run the risk of the Justice Department coming after u....this hobby has is pure garbage.

also based on what you pay if even you got 30-75 channels open for the full time the donation is paid for you still would have paid less than having a sub for year at min-29.99 per month.. this has always been testeing not tv for life.. we had time it was out for months... if person are looking for free tv then get motor on a dish and cruz the sky lots of free stuff on the FTa sats.. and you need not buy or upgrade your reciver to do heck u dont even need internet or a fancye mpeg4 reciver.... this is just a hobby and yes person do make money on like my self but it has and all ways will be a hobby and a way to push ones personal knowlage not all but for the one like my self and other that just like to fig how things work.. as for ppv that not here know there as having most if not all the general channels up and still getting services is blessing in it self.. if you have been in this game long enough then you would know that this last motnh has be a test to all..... and guess what the fact we are still going is proff that the there is enough pro to this than con...

I've been around since the BUD days and I've not see it this bad and your right. That's one reason I have NetFlix $8 a month and streamed is well worth it. I'm probably going to let my donation run out and when it does I'm done. Receivers now day are even cheap cr*ap and over all not worth it. Like you say up/down up/down freezing and people telling ya when you mention they are down it's almost always the same answer it in you equipment. Not us. Or the sites screaming they got screwed by the reseller so you as the customer get screwed and your donation is dropped. Yea, I just don't need that. It use to be great, a fun good hobby. But things have changed. JMO.

well i would agree with u if, lets say out of a month u get 3 weeks of interruption free programing , then i would say yes is worth it...but is almost everyday now were down....like today all channels in the 110 are black out....forget about it Providers are winning this battle and eventually this war...is looks to me they figure out how to ECM on a daily basis the CAMS IKS seeders.
