I have noise in all the channels but no picture and says scramble on port 15010.

Still down on 17010, even with new ip.

up on 17010 few channels still down but majority work

Just did a rescan and now the channels that were down are back up too. So all back up on 17010.

up on 17110 and 10410 with no problems at all
