Hey guys, long time member here incognito, lol. I recently got a letter too, with the "evidence" listed against me I noticed that the two different IP address' listed are not mine, when I look them up it shows they come from Amsterdam. I bought from wuf, and it shows my old user ID from here and my email. Think I got anything to stand on here with the IP address listed not being mine? its also showing different des keys, stuff isn't adding up on my letter. What do you guys think?

The Amsterdam IP was the one you were connecting to.

Thanks I appreciate the feedback, I'm defiantly going to talk to a lawyer on Monday. Thing is, I never used a proxy, I think they didn't have enough info on me and just pieced a bunch of BS together to try and get me scared. Hasn't N*P* always used the same DES key?

Nope, only this one since I started doing this stuff about 3-4 years ago. They even listed my old ID from here on my letter

I was just curious. The only thing they have from here is what Wuff gave them. The more incriminating thing was the re-seller control panel at eltwenty. com. Which is now papio. The reason I asked about ABA, is they have the complete db and our using that to corroborate other info.

I know this question had probably been asked 1000 times, but I just cant read through 300 pages of threads. Have any end-users actually been to court for this yet?

I can only tell you about the US. There have been exactly 11 cases filed (due to wuff). I thought it was in this thread, but I may be mistaken.

The IP is the server and all they need is that you purchased a code , If you do nothing taking a chance they will file against you and they will no doubt only cost $400.o to file against you. Wuf really screwd a lot of folks. The only real choice is to settle a lawyer will tell you same thing. It will cost way more to defend. Good luck. From what I've read they'll take payments als Hagen and boys.

I've read a few folks had success with making a payment plan, have any details been posted about what cost per month, how long, etc.? I just had a kid and this was all from some crap my neighbor talked me into doing with him. I don't even mess with this anymore, I got to figure something out. I've only got like $600 to my name right now

with any type of illegal activity there could be very serious consequences

your cheapest route will be to consult a lawyer, get the lawyer to work out a payment plan for you with hagen, DO NOT contact them yourself, do not ignore it, it will only get worse from this day on,
solve the small problem, before it turns into a nightmare,
ignoring this will totally F your life up for many years to come
