    no amigo I didn't turn anything on just rebutted my end that's the only thing I can do when some one complain if that fixes it is fine if not that's all I can do in a none expired user.

    tutumx is the best person doing this I ever knew and I've been doing it since the football HU cards. I'm literally obsessed with seeing how long we can keep it going. I've been with this guy for like 8 years or something and I will be with them till they tell me they are shutting it down. But I also have Kodi, and a plex/subsonic server I feed with anything I want to download from the internet. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sirius XM and to top it off I pay for cable and have digital bunny ears for over the air. Its easier than ever to find something to watch. When I have an issue, tutumx helps me. When they moved my service, I got a bonus. It looks like he still does that stuff. This is supposed to be fun, the best part isn't actually watching shows, it's the AHA moment you have when you get it to work, the feeling of satisfaction. Besides, at these prices, if I get 2 months and 2 ppvs I got the value and the other 10 months is gravy. And for some perspective about it, My cable bill for 1 months is often around what my tutumx bill is for 1 year.

    EDIT: I just thought no one would believe me since I'm clearly very new to this site. But that's because I've always kept a good relationship with tutumx and I haven't needed any sites for 3 years or so. We may not get perfect TV service but I've always gotten great customer service.

    I've been with tutu in the past and he's been good.......lately, south for me has not been good, I only wish I could use it again....the Mrs. loved it

    Yours might be working but mine has 1 channel and it freezes for 45 seconds every 2 min that isn't working maybe yours is working but mine is not. Any one that isn't freezing please let me know and I will contact tutu by pm. Mine is totally down right now.

    I have a lot of freezing but I have more than one channel, I presume they are still working on it.

    That only works if you have a connection TuTu is deliberately shutting mine off. I have 2 seperate receivers and when I switch them out neither will connect. The odds of that happening are zero unless they shut it off. I complained 3 days back and did nothing and he turned it on for 2 days and today it is off with no connection. Give me a break when you take my money and then do this. Remember people do read these posts.

    Go figure right after I complain to him I am not even touching the box and it reconnects.
