No info on channels?

My 6.0 box has no info but just checked my 7.1 box and it does. Maybe the update installed differently on the 6.0 boxes vs the 7.1 boxes and caused the issue? Just a thought.

Maybe Ill try uninstalling the updates and see if that helps........Ill figure out how to do it and then post back.....

I uninstalled the updates back to 1.6 and the info is back. I then tried 'check updates' in the menu but nothing happening. It seems to be working well now but how do I update it if I want to see if the update was a prob?

Then just search for buzztv or go to a certain section? Never been in the before.....Just looked and there seems to be quite a lot of stuff there.

Ok, got it and it worked well. All the info is back. Maybe if anyone else had the info prob should try the same thing.....

I can now see what the show Im watching is about.......As well as info on what the next show is about on most channels.

Seems I lost it again on most channels on the 6.0 box. I wonder if it has anything to do with running 3 of these boxes at home?

does any one know what the real issue is with this problem? i hear its a buzz problem, but i haven't heard anything from them concerning this. wether it is their issue, or there is a fix in the works etc... would really like to know... thanks all!
