Hi folks i was having issues with my 1000 and 3000 I cleared the data then re entered the info as per NBS suggestion and boom up and running no issues well so far lol thanks NBS both live and vod working

clearing data did not work with the 4000 ,It did install the correct channel list but live tv did
not work. Vod did though

OK I messed up heres what fixed both live tv and vod I went to server settings and "Reset info" then re entered the server name and the server URL all good now my apologies for not using the correct wording

Done all with 3900 now it loads channel list but every channel (no stream available try again later)? VOD works.

Just to be sure it wasn't a fluke I checked both the 1000 and 3000 this morning before I left for work and live and vod are working I am on the new portal as the channels are all different from what I had Wednesday

We're not talking a new portal URL here are we?? not good for me if so! lol I've got hardcoded APKS alllll over out there!

Have cleared server portal settings on Buzz 3900 (green button), cleared catche in storage, cleared memory with sweep icon & rocket button, rebooted, used different server portal positions (7 & 10 instead of 1& 4) to reinsert portal details for ok3 Still no change, VOD works all live channel streams unavailable. Other service (not ok2) works fine.

Not sure how or what clear the data means? Have cleared portal settings spaces are blank. Used different portal after erasing all data. No change VOD works live streams unavailable?

if you go to settings, more ,apps system apps ,buzztv 2 ,you will see a lot of options
Clearing data is one Also this is where you will clear cache This should be done on a regular basis

Reset my router & dsl, rebooted and finally introduced my head to the wall in frustration.😁 I'm running a buzz tv box 3000.

Finally success. On my 3900; Settings; Apps; Buzz TV, Buzz TV2 ; CLEAR DATA; CLEAR CATCHE. Reinterred new URL streams now work! Hope this helps other feeble seniors like me. Lol

i have fixed at least a dozen 3000's by resetting info in server settings(green button) and re-inputing info

ok I got the basic back up and running, now the xr deleted cache and data reentered info still no live tv
vods work, its hooked to the new server but the wheel just keeps spinning..
also lost all local channels, and is it the server or the player when the volume go's up and down?

yes this doesnt fix the 4000 Maybe once the panels are up a mac reset might work
Changing the mac on a 3000 to that of the 4000 mac doesnt work either

XPL3000 and I did a clear data last night, and it now works perfectly fine. Channel changes are nice and quick also. Nice job. Thnx.

A few streams are not correct (but NHL is there now :) ) , channels re-ordered, and some channels no longer there (ex: space :cry:), but I guess once the migration and all are completed they will get back to channel streams optimizations. I'm sure they are aware of the few issues.

Actually I did clear data, or tried to anyway. I pressed the green button, confirmed that I wanted to clear data, but it left server info. That was why I didn't think it had worked. I haven't changed the Mac addresses cause I'm not sure where to go to do that.
