Clients can’t login to wicked with VPN running. Had this issue in the past. Clear cache, force stop and restart usually has fixed the issue. But for some clients they just keep getting the relogin screen. Any ideas?

All Resellers - Tivimate App is available as a GENERIC download/install. Setup to use for Panel 1 or Panel 2. Simply install app, open it, click on "Add Playlist" choose Panel 1 or Panel 2, input your username and password, click Next...wait for it to process...click Done.
The EPG will download, takes about 5-10 minutes the first time it loads, so make sure you wait for that.

You can manually edit to HIDE or MOVE your categories how you'd like them. Add favorites and then manually edit your favorite channels to put them in whatever order you'd like. You can also customize appearance of the app, but by default, the app works perfectly, as is, for customers.
Settings > General > Backup Data (Great feature to use AFTER customer has setup their app and favorites, to quickly restore after a reinstall) - Fresh install, just click "Settings" button instead of Add Playlist, General > restore data (choose the backup file you created)
Settings > EPG > CHECK the box beside "Update on app start" (this will update the EPG every time the app is opened).
Slight learning curve on app use and quick buttons on remote to quickly change channels, etc. Learn the app as a reseller and teach your customers.
