That's where I get my John Deere parts a couple of times a year. About 50 minuets from Deer Park! Ptera is about the best provider in the area and works great for Netflix & Disney but there regular service is a little slow for IPTV (at least for me). However you can upgrade to there commercial tier and it will work OK. If you want IKS North I have a couple of Dreamlink T5's and a Sonicview 8k without dongle you can have. PM for information.

if you are intent on running IPTV there is a way around the wait list for starlink, you can sign up for their RV service

there's a few things to think about though because you would be considered transient and local traffic would get priority during peak hours and it costs a little more than the residential service ...

in new jersey i have no problem getting 91/82 no problem
