Still down North , not connecting
Several days now North down and not connecting . Anyone else having same problem ? Is this a big storm ?
Guys, please consider rebooting your receivers before posting, TutuMX is working perfectly on both sides and has been at least since Saturday afternoon, that is, when I returned from my much-needed summer vacation.
Nope , tried that many times since not connecting . Just rebooted modem and receiver again .... not connecting !!!!
I'm sorry it isn't working for you and I Wonder what parameter is at play here. Maybe you're being affected by a "regional ECM". Kidding aside, both providers have been working for me non-stop since I last posted. Rebooting the modem and router does help a lot with freezing (clears out network traffic cache and echoes).
If all else fails, & his account status has been verified by the vendor, I suggest giving his account info to someone he trusts to try it from another stb/locality.Confirm or eliminate.
Thanks guys , have asked my reseller to try my codes , but no answer as of yet . All my equipment appears to be in order , but I need to confirm/eliminate code problem and go from there .
fireonice, consider the following. And I know what I'm talking about since it has happened to me on more than one occasion:

Are you running two STBs of the same brand? If so, you may at some point have inadvertendly accessed menu items (Advanced menu items that is) on one machine which consequently messes up the other simply because STBs sitting side-by-side will both respond to IR codes sent in that direction.
So if I were you, I'd consider shutting down (disconnecting) one box and attentively re-enter IP, User, Pass, DES Key, Port, etc. and see where that takes you. Then reboot the other.

Are your boxes set to static IPs while your router is not? In that case, go to the STB's IP menu and set to DHCP because routers always rotate IP addresses.
Most chances are that if most of us are connected, theere is an obvious reasons as to why you aren't.

I cannot connect to the server and the reseller is MIA. Has anything changed as far as IP address?

I'm down as well since yesterday afternoon. It comes back for a few minutes and goes down again for a long time. I contacted my reseller and waiting for an answer.

North went dark Monday afternoon of this week with a few flickers of hope since. Hope it's back before the weekend. Some channels like CBCDV (051) are up! To hell with it! North is back up (all of it) as I write this. Bravo Quantium!!!
