North went dark Monday afternoon of this week with a few flickers of hope since. Hope it's back before the weekend. Some channels like CBCDV (051) are up! To hell with it! North is back up (all of it) as I write this. Bravo Quantium!!!

It is down since 5:03 PM. It came up around 11:30 AM and stayed up with some minor scrambling since then.
