Got a lot of HD down this morning. Usually when they are down I still have sound but also have no sound !!!
sound is not encrypted. if you are not getting sound, chances are it means you are not actually on the sat. Should look at your setup, sounds like you might have an issue with a switchQuote:

Keep getting freezing here. Some days are great, no freezing, and some evenings its really bad and can't even watch because it cuts out so bad. We are on Fiber optic internet, so doubt that it is the connection, but not sure what it is.

Make sure you have only one service active in the network settings on box.
