sound is not encrypted. if you are not getting sound, chances are it means you are not actually on the sat. Should look at your setup, sounds like you might have an issue with a switch

Everything came back about 5 minutes ago, without doing anything on my side. I was thinking the hd board but without sound, was improbable. My other stb was doing the same.
