did you turn one button recording off?
I have seen cases where a server gets a little overloaded and the number of connections it reports to the box are not correct. When channel surfing, as it opens another stream when you change channel, the previous stream take a long time to be detected by the panel as idle/disconnected and it detects it as a simultaneous stream.
So then when you start the recording, it assumes that it is at max streams, and therefore when you try to change channel after, it assumes there are no streams available. I have tested this with one panel and I would monitor the number of connections and as soon as the panel would release the "idle" connection, or I would manually kill it, then changing channel worked fine.
Unfortunately not much you can do on the user end, other than possibly waiting some time (could take up to a minute) for the idle connections to completely drop. I find (at least with the server I tested), that the issue was worse when the stream type was using HLS/M3U8. Switch stream type to TS seemed to help in dropping the connections quicker and the issue was less noticeable.
Used to happen to me can't recall what I did to fix it. Have to look back through a couple threads.
That makes total sense. I haven't responded sooner because sometimes it would record and sometimes not??
I was still testing when I read this and have changed to TS. Much better.
I'll chime back in and give a further update.
Thank you so much for your help.

NFG again.
Tried HLS and TS and Auto and none work???
I'm stumped.
did you turn one button record off and leave it off?
Now it's working after waiting for a few minutes. I think Emporium has it.
"waiting some time (could take up to a minute) for the idle connections to completely drop."
.... still testing......
I have 4 connections and currently experiencing the same thing. Tried a different service with 2 connections, same thing. I remember having this issue on the 4900 and I believe I had to reset the device for it to work again.
The fact it's not working on either service I have might be an issue otherwise. I have tried all the suggestions posted. This one is interesting
I screwed up when I re load a few months ago and had to reset everything and it worked for quite a while.
I don't want to have to fill in all that stuff every time if I can help it.
Misery likes company so thanxs for letting me know I'm not alone. Sorry for you though!
I might try a full reset again and see how long it lasts?

I don't normally do much recording so it's okay for me. When you brought it up again is what prompted me to try it so as to confirm. I am positive I had to reset. You can backup your stuff in the Buzz app and restore after reset. That way you don't have to enter all that stuff again. Good kuck
What is the recommended Micro SD card?
I think max is 256GB
What about U2 U1/ Class10 stuff?
Thanxs
Yup USB is good too.
