Just been hit for fourth consecutive day with a ECM. NFPS is working issue, pretty big hit today. Was advised we will be back up as soon as possible...

Where are you getting that info???
I looked at both of their sites and they say nothing of a ECM today, yesterday or the day before.

I understand the unplanned ECM and how frequently or un frequently that they may appear, but it would be nice for them to list the interruption of service right away on their the websites.

SO: do tell them to do so, since you seem to maybe know them or have more info than just us regular commoners have here please?

Seems that the problem persist with some Limesat users, if we fail to solve the issue in the next few days, then we will have to change all our IPs again.
