South has been up for a while here. However, I bought North in late December. Not sure why I'm being charged for a service that didn't exist. Now, it's been almost two months without North. With no updates, THIS IS NOT GOOD SUPPORT.

You gave your money to some guy on the internet to steal access to the north provider and you're not happy he didn't come through. lololol....unbelievable
