proper way to reboot network is to power off both then reboot modem,wait then turn on box

he i s getting reply's back from the system under 800 ms system is running fine
check for snow on your dish or your net quality / connection /ping / jitter

I'm also down. Have been for a few hours now. reset modem/router/receiver.... still nothing. satellite signal is good, other IKS provider on south is good, only having problems with B3viksTV, still have a month left of sub.... first time I've ever had a problem. pm'd....

edit: issue resolved. apparently my box started acting goofy and got autobanned to protect the server, all is good now.
