I have been down all day. My sub is good until November 1st, but it say inactive when I check it.

pm your reseller your login so it can be checked out
if it says inactive then system suspended the login and your reseller can tell you why and work with you to fix the issue

problems at your end. That channel works. There is a soccer match on now. Try re-scanning

I did the scan and its still the same. TSN3 channel 1402 is on tr 12457 same as Sportsnet ontario which is up. Actually it went down when we had the problems with down time some days ago and no connection,so maybe something happened since then. I guess Satb can verify for us if its up or down.

there have been blackout issues with the channel and sometimes when there is a blackout the server shuts the channel off and gets stuck off

Do you hear sound on that channel? It's weird because i can confirm it is a working channel as I am watching it now, as I was earlier when I posted.
