I believe normal sever is no longer available just VIP I have 61.5w and 72.7w no western arc the reason why i got this server

can anybody tell me what is going on? i have been down with no connection to server now for over two weeks. reset everything. messaged powerfta and have not heard back from him. messaged with no response twice. my donation is good for another 2 months.
