    I dont know I still have no service even though I've paid till February. Sent 3 emails 2 private messages. Nothing. Very discouraged with this service. This is a last resort. Still waiting for a response.




    ******update. Had to get an entirely new email on different server in order to receive the email needed.

    We replied emails you may need to try a different email carrier and try again, to me your email carrier is the one is felling and you ate blaming on us.

    If it's not your email carrier that's too slow then check your junk or spam folder. Could be the email has been left in there.

    Amigo using a different account may be not enough you may try a different carrier like gmail, or hotmail

    *****Just a follow up: The problem turned out to be my isp. Just not receiving emails from that one particular party. Very strange. I ended up getting an entirely new email address to deal with problem.
