I find that almost every time you question that there is no connection, it seems its always the users fault, and the standard answer is turn everything off for 5 minutes, reboot, and you should be able to connect, I see i'm not the only one having connection issues

My brothers cousins barber reports the service has been up and down since yesterday afternoons "down report" (has been up for up to 30 mins at a time). Oh yea reports server connected.
