Can anybody confirm if the 72.7 hd channels are working my neighbors hd channels on the 72.7 eastern arc are just coming up black screen he has good signal and it says server connected but just has black screen and info for most his hd channels but his sd channels on 110 119 are working fine.

I am getting some freezing here and there.

Tried to reboot everything including modem/router and box then seems to be fine.....freezes off and on again.
