Maybe they aren't going about it the way you like , but when you bully them , their voice is not heard . This forum should be to help each other , not to mock them ,or call them names . Your right about that, just a hand full of freezing HD's working. SD works but it's not 1985! Not sure why SD is still even available? Don't waste your time on IKS service. Going back to IPTV.

HD working just fine on mine, so it's not the service it's something with your box or it's settings.

Try cat 6 ethernet hook up from STB to modem , not wireless , and not cat 5 cable , as it gives feedback and can mess with your connection

Seems to be on for 2 minutes, off for 2 minutes. Noticing this on SD channels.
HD channels seem to be currently down.

Well I had been wondering for a while whether or not SD channels were working. In my case, not a single SD works but all HDs come in freeze-free. Maybe my T5 hasn't been good at taking TP updates lately. I'll attempt a manual TP update (or rescan) and see what that does.

Do any of you get 9450 (BBCA HD)?

There's nothing a good rescan won't fix. As a result, the T5 guide is messed up with many channel duplicates (just like the good old days of Sonicview) but at least most (if not all) top tier HDs are coming in, including 9450. Thanks Tutu. 99% freeze-free.

Well my friend, believe what you want but I bothered to follow-up on my own post simply because it was worth the trouble of cleaning up all those duplicates (which I have yet to do by the way). I have had that T5 box since it came out and never bothered to scan (or rescan) because I had assumed it processed TP updates. Well I guess not, after months of blacked-out channels, I decided to revisit the sat menu and tend to some FTA chores. So rescan and clean-up, considering that little outside the 94xx-98xx range is worth it, it isn't such a big deal.

Moreover, if you've got a sound internet connection and a clear view to the southern sky (especially south-west @129) there's no reason your mileage would approximate mine.
