I bought a chinese 5a power supply. It worked great but it was humming right out of the box, so I'm assuming it was bad. There is small freezes but the picture always comes back. If you can find a 12v laptop power supply or a 12v printer one, it would probably be much better.

Thanks for info I think I got the freeze problem corrected port 65000 causing the problem

this showed up on a blog i watch today. looks like it may be something serious because of how sudden and at such an odd time everything dropped.
