I use both Avast and Malewarebytes but i go to Task manager and kill Malewarebytes process. I can bring up Malewarebytes when i need it.......

I stopped using Malwarebytes awhile ago, do to it being a Big Resource Hog

I currently use Emsisoft Internet Security, Antivirus, Malware, firewall, Plus extra's ALL-IN-ONE
