while watching live tv, press menu, and look at bottom and post app version. should be like 5.0.799...etc

The first box I tried loading the server was the X5. Because it didn't work I loaded the Formuler and it worked. So I don't believe it would be that. Plus this server I'm testing out allows two connections.

I had the same issue with a friend and not sure if it was a fluke but last resort we rebooted the router and it all loaded ..before was stuck on loading channel list

Does this box have a "default to factory setting" anywhere? I looked but couldn't find it.
