A friend just got an XRS 4500 and it came with a BT-300 remote. I explained how to connect to bluetooth and get the backlight to work. Once this was done, she has to remove the batteries and re-install to get the remote to work. The remote will then work until she turns it off and tries to get it back on again.
Is there some button that was hit or could this be a bad remote?
